Returns Policy

365 day right of return policy!


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for exchange, refund or store credit.

There are no catches or small print, all we ask is that:


• The products are in the same condition as when you received them.
• You provide proof of purchase
• The goods must be packaged in the original box or wrapping.
• You contact us to arrange return within the 365 day time limitation.


Perfect incase you have made an incorrect choice, or if you simply change your mind.

If you need to return the product please ensure the it is properly packaged and sent via courier mail (or equivalent).

You must contact us to and let us know before returning goods.

We are proud of setting new standards for service excellence. Please include the following information when returning a product.

Proof of purchase. (If you have lost this call us - we will have a copy available).
Full Name
Address
Phone numbers and email address
Date of purchase

Keep the postage receipt. (you may be entitled to a refund for this amount too).

Exceptions


Unfortunately there are some exceptions to this rule.
Custom build items (ie wheel sets) - for obvious reasons. It didn’t exist until you requested it.
DVD's copyright law dictates that we accept DVD returns only when the product is faulty.
