This privacy policy sets out how PureSurf uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website.

www.lineup.com.au  reserve the right to change our policy from time to time. Please ensure you read and understand our policy before purchasing from this site. Purchasing from www.lineup.com.au  indicates that you understand and agree to our terms and conditions.


We collect the following information (as required for receipt, tax and delivery purposes):

1.Name and/or company information
2.Contact information including email address, delivery address, billing address and phone numbers
3.Other information required to compete your purchase.


Credit card details are not kept on file.


We may send you an email to inform you of new products and services available on www.lineup.com.au  provided you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at anytime by logging in to your account and amending the appropriate check boxes.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place physical, electronic and management procedures to safeguard the information we collect. All credit card transactions are encrypted and safely stored by PayPal. We never see your credit card details.

Full manufacturers warranty


www.lineup.com.au  honor and support the full manufacturers warranty for all products we sell.

We have service centers available throughout Australia. If you ever have a problem with any of the products we sell just drop us a line and we will help arrange for repair, replacement or a refund.


Please contact the individual manufacturer or visit their web site to view manufacturer and product warranty conditions. We would also encourage you to register your purchase with the appropriate manufacturer. This will help speed up warranty claims should you require warranty service.


All products sold by us will have full manufacturers warranty information included in the packaging.

If a product arrives faulty, contact us for immediately replacement, refund or repair.

For a complete understanding of trading and warranty law, please view the Trade Practices Act 1974.
www.lineup.com.au comply with all standards set be the Trade Practices Act.


The manufacturers warranty will not cover damage due to neglect, miss-use or faulty installation.


Returns.


If you believe you have a problem. If a product is not good quality, what you saw on the site when you ordered, or has not or cannot perform the purpose for which it was designed, please contact is immediately to arrange a replacement, refund or repair.

If you need to return the product please ensure the product is properly packaged and sent via courier mail (or equivalent). In the event that the fault lies with www.lineup.com.au  we will arrange for a postage paid return, or we may refund the postage cost to you.

Shipping policy


We ship Australia wide using Australia Post.

Bikes are shipped via courier.


Fast shipping - orders are delivered within 3 - 5 business days.
Order Tracking - all orders are trackable using the Australia Post parcel tracking system.


If you would like to find out exactly where your order is, simply email‚ lineup@lineup.com.au


and one of our friendly staff will track your order and report back ASAP.


Dispatch - Please allow one day for order processing. Any orders received before 1:00pm AEST are sent out the same day.

Out of Stock - If an item is out of stock you will be immediately informed via an automated email. One of our customer service staff will be in contact to let you know why and how long you might need to wait. Product showing as out of stock may simply mean they are a special order item. As an example orders for wheelsets, custom build wheels and shocks may need to be confirmed by our customer service staff to ensure orders are correct and supported with the appropriate mounting components.


If an item is out of stock and unavailable you will be given options for exchange, a store voucher or refund.


Australia is a big place, so please expect that some rural areas can require additional delivery time.


If you have not received your order within the standard 5 business days, please contact us and we will find out why.


Shipping rates - All shipping rates are displayed in your shopping basket. If no shipping rate is shown its because it FREE.


As a general rule shipping rates are as follows:


Flat rate: AU$9.00
Carton: AU$14.00
Bulk Goods: AU$35.00
Boards: AU$85.00


No goods will be shipped without receiving full payment first.

Bank wire payments will require a few extra days to confirm payment has been received. This can vary depending on which bank you wire the money from.


No cash on delivery (COD)

We are all about supporting the purists, - that's why we started PureSurf in the first place.

We do this by supporting those who support us with a VIP discount scheme. All VIP members receive a 10% discount voucher to use on whatever they like whenever they like.

No waiting and hoping your next purchase is on sale - It's always on sale.

You can also help out your friends or family and pass the discount on. All referrals will automatically be included in the VIP program.

365 day right of return policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for exchange, refund or store credit.
There are no catches or small print, all we ask is that:

The products are in the same condition as when you received them.
You provide proof of purchase
The goods must be packaged in the original box or wrapping.
You contact us to arrange return within the 365 day time limitation.

Perfect in case you make an incorrect choice, or if you simply change your mind.

Exceptions


Unfortunately there are some exceptions to this rule.

Custom build items (ie wheel sets) - for obvious reasons. It didn't exist until you requested it.

DVD's copyright law requires that we accept DVD returns only when the product is faulty.
